Gresik’s research areas include mechanism design with private information and international tax policy/competition, and he has served as an expert on soaring gas prices for an Indiana public forum on energy issues. Gresik’s studies have been published in top journals, including the Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of International Economics, Journal of Public Economics, and the International Economic Review. Gresik serves as an associate editor of the European Economic Review and International Tax and Public Finance and has advised the European Central Bank, Norwegian Tax Office and Norwegian Ministry of Energy. Gresik also is a faculty fellow in Notre Dame’s Kellogg Institute for International Studies and Center for Applied Mathematics.
