He has published and presented on topics related to corporate citizenship and organizational behavior as well as lectured at several universities including MIT, Case Western Reserve University, IE Business School, and the University of Zagreb. Glavas received his doctorate in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University, where he co-developed a signature course titled “Building the Sustainable Enterprise,” which has gained national recognition.
